Styled by Brayleigh Return Policy
At Styled by Brayleigh, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist with returns under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from stains, odors, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.
- All original tags and packaging must be attached and included with the return.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please email styledbybrayleigh@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Any item that does not meet the return eligibility requirements listed above
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
